The tracts are located in NE Atascosa County, fronting F.M. 536 and Las Gallinas Road South (a county road). The property is 20 miles south of downtown San Antonio; 9.5 miles north of Pleasanton; and 2.4 miles north of the Leming community. From IH37 and Loop 410, travel south on IH 37 for 15.5 miles to Exit #117 (FM 536), then west on FM 536 for 2.5 miles to the tracts. From U.S. 281 and Loop 410, travel south on U.S. 281 for 15 miles to FM 536, then east for 0.6 mile to the tracts.

The tracts are only 10 miles from IH 37 and Loop 1604, 11.5 miles from Braunig Lake and 18 miles from the Texas A&M San Antonio campus. San Antonio International Airport is 29 miles north.

There are 11 tracts which vary in size from 10.25 acres to 30.0 acres.

All of the tracts are in the Daniel Williams Survey No. 1095, Abstract No. 906, Atascosa County, Texas.

Most of the tracts are cleared with scattered mesquite re-growth. There are live oak trees on three of the tracts. The terrain is gently rolling. The majority of the property is terraced to control erosion and established in KR Bluestem and/or Coastal Bermudagrass. A small portion of Tract 3 is in the 100-year flood plain (rear part of the tract). There is an old water well and a windmill on Tract #3 and an unequipped water well and a stock tank on Tract #5.

Single family residential (no manufactured homes), agricultural and recreational uses are permitted. Commercial uses are not permitted. A copy of the recorded restrictive covenants is available for review.
